The Miss Hinckley organisers are commited to upholding the, “Beauty with a purpose”, ethos of the Miss World organisation by raising funds for charity.
All the Miss Hinckley finalists were  invited to raise funds for our chosen charity which is ‘Menphys’ who  work with children in the Leicestershire area with mental and physical disabilities and their families. The top fundraiser was awarded a prize and the title Miss Charity Hinckley 2009 on the night of the final.

Miss Popularity - Tamara Beckford

Leading up to the final the public were given the opportunity to vote for the finalists and the winner of the public vote was crownwd onstage during the final show.

Miss Congeniality - Chelsie Griffin

All of the Miss Hinckley finalists took part in a secret ballot just before the show started. After spending all day together they were asked to vote for the one girl who they considered deserved the title of Miss Congeniality to be crowned onstage during the awards section of the show.
